WW2 - Equipment & Personal Gear
Have two 1945 dated 3-Pocket Grenade Carriers in mint condition. One is made by "Kaypey Manufacturing Co., New York, NY" and the other is by "Meyers and Son Manufacturing Company, Madison, Indiana". These were also used as Medical carriers by some GI's and both are in mint condition. They are $65 each, or buy both for $120.
I have 11 tubes of Orange wax for climbing, or wet snow and 8 tubes of Blue wax for dry, or powder snow. There are several different looking tubes that are made by "F.H. Wiessner" and also have 3 tubes of Blue by "Chemurgic Corporation, Richmond, Calif." with 1 Orange tube by "American Grease Stick, Co., Muskegon, Michigan". They are sold at $12 each, or two for $20.
I have two of these kits available. The upper kit has it's original box from the manufacturer, "Military Kit by Belding - Corticelli" it is full, made of a leatherette material and near mint condition, priced at $45. The lower kit is a hard canvas kit with all of it's contents and in near mint condition. It is priced at $35.
Here is a 1944 dated Pack Board in mint, unissued condition, that was being reissued for use in Vietnam, as too the 1975 shipping box it came in. It has the extra cargo tying rope, metal attachment and original directions sheet still stappled to the frame. It is made by, "American Seating Co., Grand Rapids, Mich." and is dated January 8, 1944. The shipping box is also in near mint condition. Neat find!!
Mountain troop, ridged frame rucksack, by "Avery", dated 1943. It also has the "Avery 1943" winter white camouflage cover with it and has the ID (D1555) marked on the rucksack. Research concludes this belonged to John J. Duffy, 32011555, HQ 2nd Bat., 86th Inf. 10th Mountain Division and the paperwork is included with the rucksack.
Made by "Pond's Extract Co., Clinton, Conn. Have four of these full metal tubes of paint sticks, plus I have two original, "Fact and How To Use Sheets" that were packed into each case of the tubes. The tubes are $15 each and the paperwork is $10, you may take two tubes and a paper for $35. Once their gone, they're gone.
